Cancellation Policy – Lina Luxe Apartments

At Lina Luxe Apartments, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible for both our guests and our property.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.

For stays during medium and high seasons, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made within the above timeframes, or in case of no-show, the total reservation amount may be charged.

To secure your reservation, a deposit or prepayment may be required. In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.

Please note that a reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us and/or the required payment, where applicable.

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment depending on the selected period.
