At Lina Luxe Apartments, our goal is to offer a comfortable, peaceful and refined stay in Karfas, Chios. We have created a welcoming space designed for relaxation, where guests can enjoy modern amenities, privacy and beautiful sea views.

Check-in is available from 15:00, while check-out is until 11:00. To ensure a smooth arrival experience, guests are kindly encouraged to inform us in advance of their estimated arrival time.

Our apartments are designed to accommodate up to six guests, making them ideal for families, couples or small groups seeking a comfortable and well-organized environment. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout their stay. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00, ensuring a restful experience for everyone.

Children of all ages are welcome at Lina Luxe Apartments. Please note that baby cots and extra beds are not available, and we recommend planning your stay accordingly.

All apartments are non-smoking indoor spaces, preserving a clean and fresh environment. In addition, parties, events and pets are not permitted, allowing us to maintain the quality and tranquility of the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for taking care of the apartment during their stay. In the rare case of damages, there may be an additional charge of up to €300 after check-out, depending on the extent of the issue.

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to leave the apartment in a respectful condition, such as gathering used towels and disposing of any rubbish.
